Every other dependency is already current (EF Core/Npgsql, MailKit, Markdig, test packages, Playwright 1.63, vendored SortableJS 1.15.7); container images and the CI SDK float on their major tags. Postgres stays on 17, since a major bump is a data migration, not a dependency update.

  • ATProtoNet 0.7.0 → 0.8.0. The breaking changes are Spaces and a few Bluesky feed/queue methods, none of which Ponente calls. has-pending-model-changes reports no schema change; the token table is untouched.
  • Drop the test project's EF Relational pin. 0.8.0 builds against EF Core 10.0.12, so nothing older flows in transitively any more.
  • README and CLAUDE.md name 0.8.0; no SDK workarounds to recheck.

No changelog line: members won't notice. tools/verify.sh passes (600 tests).
