Part of #194 (tracker: #190). The design half of the home page, so the implementation has something to be built from: six frames in design/Ponente.free, in their own group to the right of the board row. No app code changes.

The frames — Desktop — Home, (dark), · New board, · Empty; Phone — Home, · Empty.

What in them is a decision rather than decoration

A tile's picture is the board itself, small: a track per column and a dash per card, in the colour BoardPalette already gives that board on the calendar. It says where the work is piled up, and it costs a GROUP BY on a foreign key — counts per column are structure, not content, so nothing is decrypted. A column with more cards than fit fades its last dash instead of growing the tile.
Who else sees a board is said in words and faces, not with a lock: Only you, the dense card's face stack, or Everyone. The settings button appears on hover and only on a board you run (the Website tile is drawn hovered).
Creating a board happens in the tile, the way + Add card does in a column: a name, Only you can see it until you share it., Create and Cancel.
The header has no board switcher and no Board link on this page — there is no board to name, the page is the switcher. On a phone a single Home tab replaces the board chip and the Board tab, which is how a phone gets here at all: the wordmark is not in that bar.

The copy is proposed, not shipped. Every other string on the canvas is copied out of LocaleService; these are not in it yet, and docs/frontend.md now says so as the one standing exception. The empty state's longer hint is the existing add-board string, unchanged.

Not drawn yet: the row in the phone's board-switcher sheet that takes you home while you are on a board.

docs/frontend.md counts 40 frames and has a paragraph on these six with the reasons above; CLAUDE.md's frame list names them. The canvas was checked against the pre-change file after saving: 34 frames before, 40 after, none lost, no zip entries dropped.

The home page does not exist yet; these are the frames it gets built from.
Desktop in light and dark, the inline new-board form and the empty state,
and the phone's list and empty state.
