Promotes the six bullets in Changelog.Unreleased into release 2.6.0, dated today, and leaves an empty block for the next cycle.

Minor rather than patch: this batch adds cross-board search and Ponente-only names and pictures, plus an additive migration (AddLocalProfiles).

Part of #176 — the tag v2.6.0 goes on this merge commit.
