Refresh the vendored snapshot to current main and model the additive changes: getTimeline/getListFeed since + startCursor (#5493), getQuotes sort (#5552), feedViewPost.opThreadPostIndex/Count (#5540), the new tools.ozone.inbox namespace (#5459), queue recommendedLabels + ConflictingQueue (#5459), the new Ozone report stats (#5362, #5459). app.bsky.notification.getGroupedNotifications is flagged UNSTABLE upstream and is deferred (allowlisted). Also an adversarial test that an MST referencing the same node twice is rejected (upstream #5584).
