Goal

Reduce code lines in the Spaces server, the EF Core stores and the streaming consumers: duplication, dead code and needless indirection, with no behaviour or public API change.

Scope

src/ATProtoNet.Server/Spaces, src/ATProtoNet.Server.EntityFrameworkCore, src/ATProtoNet/Streaming and src/ATProtoNet/Tap. Excludes the files open PR #205 changes.
