Goal

Cut allocations on the identity hot paths (DID document parsing and lookups such as GetHandle/GetPdsEndpoint/signing-key extraction, PLC client, DID resolver, identifier types) and reduce code lines, without changing behaviour or the public API.

Scope

src/ATProtoNet/Identity, except the files #197 touches (HandleResolver.cs, IdentityFetch.cs, IdentityResolver.cs, IdentityResolverOptions.cs).
