Goal

Cut allocations and CPU on the streaming and repository paths, and reduce code lines, without changing behaviour.

Scope

src/ATProtoNet/{Streaming,Repo,Crypto,Labeling,Tap,Spaces}, src/ATProtoNet.Server/Spaces, src/ATProtoNet.Server.EntityFrameworkCore.

Measured before/after with BenchmarkDotNet; duplication and dead code removed along the way.
