Part of the v0.7.0 update cycle (wave 6). The moderator-tooling surface, tools.ozone.*. Coverage today is 24 of 68, and the owner opted in to closing this gap. Write every model with typed identifiers, open unions and extension data, and make it pass the drift test.

Scope

tools.ozone.moderation:
- getAccountPreferences (new 2026-09-02), getRepos, getRecords, getSubjects, getAccountTimeline, getReporterStats;
- scheduleAction, listScheduledActions, cancelScheduledActions;
- the 11 missing mod-event variants: modEventResolveAppeal, modEventPriorityScore, accountEvent, identityEvent, recordEvent, ageAssurance* (3), revokeAccountCredentialsEvent, scheduleTakedownEvent, cancelScheduledTakedownEvent.
tools.ozone.report.* (14) and tools.ozone.queue.* (8): the report-centric workflow from 2026-05, custom queues and closeReports.
tools.ozone.safelink.* (5), tools.ozone.setting.* (3), tools.ozone.verification.* (3), tools.ozone.hosting.getAccountHistory.
ReasonType: add the granular tools.ozone.report.defs#reason* values.

Register everything on client.Ozone. Unit tests per endpoint. docs/ozone.md gets report/queue sections. CHANGELOG Added.
